HOW REFILLS WORK
➜ If you have a Trash Hero bottle:
Refills are always FREE at any business listed on our map.
➜ If you do not have a Trash Hero bottle:
Refills are usually free at any business listed on our map. Some places may charge a small amount to refill (usually the same or less than buying a new plastic bottle of water). If you want to view only places that offer free refills, please use the filters provided.
➜ If you would like to buy a Trash Hero bottle:
Please visit a refill point that also sells bottles (yellow icons on the map – or use the filter to display only bottle vendors). Prices are fixed per country, so you will not get a better price if you “shop around”. Any purchase of a Trash Hero bottle entitles you to free water refills for life at any of our refill partners.

Fair use policy
All Trash Hero water refill partners listed on our map – especially in countries where drinking water is not free – are entitled to operate a fair use policy. This means they reserve the right not to serve anyone who they believe are abusing the spirit of the offer. This could be, for example sitting down in a cafe with only a free water refill and no other purchase, or bringing a very large container to refill. The policy is at the discretion of individual partners. Thank you for your understanding.

Switzerland: 10 CHF
The bottle is made from 304 food grade stainless steel and is single-wall (not insulated). It holds 750ml of water or any other cold drink. Not suitable for hot drinks. Hand wash only.
