Trash Hero works best when communities themselves want to start a project. We prefer not to work from the outside in.

Start by seeing if there is any local interest in holding cleanups, and if so, great! Visit our “how to start a chapter” page and take it from there.

If there already is a chapter in your local area, feel free to contact them directly to organise a joint effort: however, please note that Trash Hero chapters are run 100% by volunteers and are not intended to be an on-call cleaning service!
